Much like how the days get shorter in the winter & all of life is forced to go inward during a darker time of year, we can experience darker periods of shadow in our life where we are being forced to rest, reflect or change what’s no longer working in our lives. 

And just as the days get sunnier & longer after winter solstice, humans also need to continuously expand how much sunshine we can allow into our lives so that we can stay energized, excited & hopeful about what lies ahead!

You see, my friend, the bridge between the shadow & the sunshine is where all our gratitude, growth & grace comes from & these are the superpowers that empower us to overcome what’s not working in our lives.

They also increase our capacity to receive ALL the joy & goodness that life has to offer!
