If you follow the rhythm and cycles of the moon, you know that today is a New Moon in Cancer, which is inviting us to explore one simple, yet life-changing question:
What truly nourishes me now? đź’•
It’s a beautiful question—but if you’re like most women I work with, there’s an even deeper question hiding underneath it. One that often makes the first one so difficult to answer:
What if you didn’t always have to be the responsible one?
For so many high-capacity women, both questions can be surprisingly difficult to answer.
Not because we don’t know what we need…
But because we’ve spent years becoming the one everyone else relies and depends upon.
We’ve become so skilled at holding everything together that we’ve forgotten what it feels like to be held ourselves.
We’ve learned how to keep going, but not always how to receive the support we so freely give to everyone else.
That’s why this month’s New Moon in Cancer shines a light on something many women are quietly outgrowing:
The belief that our worth is measured by how much we’re willing to carry for everyone else.
Instead, this New Moon invites us to imagine a different way of living—one where these aren’t simply beautiful ideas, but truths you embody every day.
Consider for a moment…
What if your life actually held and supported you?
What if your relationships left your nervous system feeling calmer instead of more responsible?
What if your daily rhythms restored your energy instead of constantly draining it?
What if “home” wasn’t simply a place you lived—but a place you finally felt inside yourself?
To me, this is the essence of a concept I’m writing my book about and also what I’ve decided to build the theme of this year’s retreat around:
Radical Wholeness đź’–
Not becoming someone different.
Not fixing yourself.
Not trying harder.
Simply remembering the woman you were before the world taught and rewarded you to abandon yourself.
That’s why I created the Radical Wholeness Retreat.
A sacred space where you can finally lay down what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and experience what it feels like to be deeply supported—in your body, your heart, and your life.
For four nourishing days and nights at Joyful Journey Hot Springs & Spa in December (Wednesday, December 2 – Sunday, December 6), you’ll step away from the constant demands of everyday life and into an experience intentionally designed to help you slow down, restore your energy, reclaim your power, and remember the woman you were before the world taught you who you needed to be.
You’ll soak in healing hot springs, reconnect with your deepest desires, uncover hidden patterns of self-abandonment that keep you trapped on the hamster wheel of life, and begin creating a well-nourished life that holds and supports you instead of one that simply asks more from you.
Because here’s what I know to be true:
The way you care for yourself shapes everything you create. ✨
Your relationships.
Your leadership.
Your work.
Your joy.
Your capacity to love.
When you come home to yourself and give from a place of Radical Wholeness, everything in your life begins to change.
If your heart has been whispering that something needs to be different…
If you’ve been craving more ease, more alignment, more belonging…
Perhaps this New Moon isn’t asking you to do more.
Perhaps it’s inviting you to come home to yourself.
I’d love to welcome you to the Radical Wholeness Retreat this December.
